truly been riding a high for the past few days! mostly because starting NEXT WEEK my hours go down and i'm so excited to actually Have Time For My Life. been giddy over the idea of just,, doing more chores around the house. back in my lynn angel era and he's actually my strongest form...
i also finally beat the feeling of being Behind On Every Thing by getting some clock stuff out of the way. plus there have been a ton of just Nice & Neat things happening around me-- like, we got a pair of cowboy boots in yesterday that we couldn't sell and they just Happened to be my size, and that's soooooo movie ! this week has just felt so extremely MOVIE!
going to that show by myself last night was just the kind of thing that i've always wanted to do all my life and haven't. truly a milestone moment .. sooo many plans upcoming too, and they're all cool things--my sister rented out a roller rink for her birthday party, she and i are doing a "writing retreat" in a few weekends, cortes and i are seeing cupcakke RAHHH,,, maybe i'll finally go to that book club thing i've been signed up for since january ? and more live shows at local venues ???
what a crazy feeling, man! i've been right here the whole time, but it's like all of life just opened up in front of me while my eyes were closed. now they're wide open!
probably (hopefully) going to end up ACTUALLY UPDATING the to-do list on here more frequently now that i can actually get ahold of things and not just come home from work and sleep away half the week. i have ... big plans .... skittles post will finally be Posted and the honeko akabane video WILL HAPPEN! i'm also considering posting the second draft of house rules chapter by chapter on here soon? treating that shit like an ao3 fic for the oomfs. it's such a silly story and i love it so very dearly!
